Conditions

Prices vary based on the period of stay and booking, availability, the treatment chosen and the type of room.
Full board begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Meals not consumed will not be deducted, but can be replaced with a travel basket.
Tourist tax excluded: €2 per adult, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt.
The rooms will be available starting from 12.30.
In case of booking a full board stay where it is not possible to arrive by 1.30 pm, please contact us.
On the day of departure the room and all the booked services will be at your disposal until 10.00 am.
Late check-out is possible, upon request.
In the event of early departure, the amount of the stay used must be paid in addition to a penalty of the amount of the current room-only rate, up to a maximum of 3 subsequent nights (as required by the regional legislation currently in force).
For food intolerances and allergies: we kindly ask you to inform us of any food intolerances and allergies at the time of requesting a quote.
The offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation within 21 days from the date of arrival, the customer may request a refund of the entire deposit paid.
In case of cancellation from the 20th day to the 8th day, the deposit will be converted into a Holiday Voucher that can be used for the current summer season, subject to agreement with the Management and subject to availability.
From the 7th day until the client's no-show, the deposit will be retained.
