Conditions

Prices vary based on the period of stay and booking, availability, chosen treatment and type of room.
Full board begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Meals not consumed will not be deducted, but can be replaced with a packed lunch.
Tourist tax excluded: € 2 per adult, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
Rooms will be available from 12:30.
On the day of departure, the room and all booked services will be at your disposal until 10:00.
Late check-out is possible, upon request and with a possible supplement.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, no refund will be provided.
For food intolerances and allergies: we kindly ask you to inform us of any food intolerances and allergies when requesting a quote.
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation within 21 days of the arrival date, the customer may request the return of the entire deposit paid.
In case of cancellation from the 20th to the 8th day, the deposit will be converted into a Holiday Voucher usable for the current summer season, subject to agreement with the Management and availability.
From the 7th day until the customer does not show up, the deposit will be retained

In case of partial cancellation of multiple reservations (e.g. multiple rooms booked by the same group or contact person):

For cancellation from 7 to 0 days from the arrival date, the amount of the deposit paid for the cancelled rooms cannot be redistributed or deducted from the balance of the rooms actually occupied.
In case of early departure or late arrival no refund is provided.

Any changes to the reservation must be communicated in writing and will be subject to availability and approval by the Management.
