Late check-out is possible on request, and subject to availability.
You may request the use of the room for an extended time. This option must however be agreed in advance with Reception and is subject to an additional charge.

Breakfast is from 7.45 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch is from 12.30 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner is from 7.30 p.m. to 8.45 p.m. (entrance to the dining room)

We kindly ask you to inform us of any food intolerances at the time of requesting a quote.

For your car:

• Guarded and shaded parking space at the "Parcheggio Regina" (about 2 km away) assisted by a continuous and free TAXI-NAVETTA service to/from the hotel (from 07.30 to 02.45). Parking space is included in all treatments.
• You can also choose to park for free in the free areas located near the hotel

The hotel is strategically and quietly located: in the centre of everything, a stone's throw from the beach, in the heart of the old town 5 minutes from the square of the dancing fountains, a stone's throw from the marina and the dockyard.

For the little ones, the kitchen prepares vegetable soups (carrots, potatoes and courgette), vegetable broth and minestrone every day.
The chef is on hand to assess the little ones' special needs together with their mothers.
Child-friendly entertainment with fun recreational activities proposed by our baby sitter at meal times, for children aged 3 and over, after eating with mum and dad.
In the restaurant: high chairs, baby dishes and bottle warmers;
In the living room: refrigerator at your disposal to store your baby food, fruit, yoghurt;
In the room: safety rails, cots, baby bath tubs, washbasin stands, toilet reducers, changing table;
In the pool: armrests and donuts;
For walking: bicycles with child seats and if you have forgotten your pushchair, don't worry.... we have some at your disposal!

You can rent beach towels at the hotel, at a cost of € 3.00 each (for each change). Ask for them directly at our reception desk.

For your holiday as a couple or family, in the company of your four-legged friend, we have dedicated some rooms.
Confirmation of your stay is subject to the availability of these rooms and you will be charged a one-off fee of € 50.00 for the final cleaning of the room.
Your little friends are allowed in the hotel except in the restaurant and swimming pool area.
If you wish to dine in the company of your animal friends, the hotel has a restaurant terrace overlooking the swimming pool, to be notified in advance and subject to availability.
In the communal areas we ask you to be muzzled and we trust that in the presence of children and other guests you will pay special attention to your little four-legged friend.
Regarding the possibility of bringing your dog to the beach, in Cattolica there is a national law in force that prohibits the entrance of animals, except for some beaches that are expressly authorised and equipped. We therefore ask you to contact us for further information.

The hotel is accessible and usable to ensure maximum autonomy for those with disabilities or motor difficulties.

Lift with maximum door opening of 90 cm. Internal dimensions 115x107 cm.
Two rooms equipped and sized to guarantee the necessary space for wheelchairs. 1 room is suitable for up to 5 persons.
Private toilet equipped with grab bars next to the toilet, one of which can be tilted, to hold on to in order to move from chair to seat. All wall-hung toilets with seat 50 cm from the floor. Shower enclosure with flush-to-floor tray and inside-outside folding opening. Inside the shower cubicle there is a non-slip seat 50 cm from the floor.
Our hotel is barrier-free in the entrance, lobby, bar room, living room, loggia overlooking the pool, restaurant. We are sorry, but due to some steps, the swimming pool is not directly accessible to wheelchairs.
Beach agreement "Flora e Carmela 18-19" with access for the disabled and equipped private facilities, "SEDIA JOB" for pleasant bathing in the sea (€ 5.00 daily).
All municipal parking spaces with blue signs are free of charge for differently-abled vehicles.
