What are the meal times?
• Breakfast: 7:45 AM – 10:00 AM
• Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM (entry into the dining room)

Is it necessary to choose dishes the day before?
No. Our service is entirely an assisted buffet: you can choose what you like right when you're ready.
Is Take Away available with all board options?
It's included in the Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive options.
How do you manage food intolerances or allergies?
It's important to mention these when making your request and booking. We don't have AIC certification for celiac disease, but we carefully evaluate each guest's needs.
Parking and Location
Where can I park my car?
Reserved and secure parking spaces are available at Parcheggio Regina (about 2 km away), connected to the hotel by a free shuttle service running from 7:30 AM to 2:00 AM. A dedicated area for loading and unloading luggage is available at the hotel. Parking is always included when you book directly through our website.
Where is the hotel located?
Mona Lisa Hotel is just 50 meters from the sea, close to the new seafront promenade, the marina walkway, and the centre of Cattolica. A convenient, central location in a quiet area.
Is a taxi service available?
Yes, we offer a taxi service (surcharge) to and from Cattolica station upon request. Just let us know in advance.

How far is the beach?
Our partner beach “Flora e Carmela 18-19” is located about 50 meters from the hotel.
Is the beach accessible?
The partner beach “Flora e Carmela 18-19” has wheelchair access, accessible toilets and a JOB chair for entering the sea (subject to a daily surcharge payable directly to the beach club). Municipal car parks marked with blue signage are free for vehicles displaying a disabled parking permit.
Is beach service included?
1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds from the 4th row are included in the All-Inclusive option, including for connecting rooms. Beach service can be added upon request for other packages. If you prefer the front rows (1st to 3rd), you can arrange this directly with the beach club, subject to availability and to a possible surcharge.
Is the beach pet friendly?
Our partner beach is not equipped to accommodate pets.
In Cattolica, dog access to beaches is regulated by local ordinances.
However, we’re happy to recommend nearby pet-friendly beach facilities that are not affiliated with the hotel.
Is it possible to rent beach towels?
Yes, at the Reception at a cost of €3.00 for each change.
What are the pool's features?
The pool is outdoor, approx. 70 m² with a depth ranging from 1 to 3 meters, and is next to a relaxation area with sun loungers and parasols. A lifeguard is on duty to supervise.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, small dogs are allowed in some dedicated rooms (subject to availability).
There’s a €9 daily charge for final cleaning and sanitisation.
Are they allowed to access all areas of the hotel?
They are allowed to access the common areas, with the exception of the restaurant and the pool.
Upon request and subject to availability, you can have lunch or dinner on the restaurant terrace overlooking the pool; please check during your stay.

Is the hotel accessible to people with disabilities or mobility impairments?
Yes, the property is barrier-free in the common areas: entrance, lobby, bar, restaurant and loggia.
We have:

The poolside sunbathing area has a few steps, but a removable platform is available on request.
